🔥 FIREWOOD
Q: How much wood is in one bundle?
Each bundle includes 6–8 pieces of dry, split Adirondack hardwood—roughly 0.90 cubic feet—perfect for campfires.
Q: Is the firewood dry and ready to burn?
Yes! All of our wood is seasoned, dense hardwood that burns longer and hotter than traditional firewood.
💧 WATER
Q: What type of water do you deliver?
We deliver 1-gallon jugs of fresh, sealed drinking water—perfect for island camping.
Q: Can I order multiple jugs?
Absolutely! Order as many as you need—we’ll deliver directly to your dock or island campsite.
🧊 ICE
Q: What size bags of ice are available?
We deliver 5 lb bags of clean, clear ice—ideal for coolers, drinks, and food storage.
Q: Will the ice stay frozen during transport?
Yes! Ice is stored in cold transport and delivered quickly to prevent melting.

Q: What baked goods do you offer?
We offer authentic French pastries and gourmet baguette sandwiches, freshly baked by Madiline’s 1982.
Q: When are pastries and sandwiches available?
Available Friday through Monday with morning deliveries.
Q: How do I order baked goods?
Add them to your morning order and make sure it’s placed by 6 PM the night before delivery.
Q: Can I customize my order or get large quantities?
Yes! For custom orders or bulk trays, just contact us—we’re happy to accommodate.
🚚 DELIVERY
Q: Where do you deliver?
We deliver to Lake George islands and private docks between Lake George Village and the Mother Bunch. Just provide your island number and name.
Q: What are your delivery windows?
Daily deliveries from 9:00 AM–11:00 AM and 4:00 PM–6:00 PM, weather permitting.
Q: How far in advance should I place an order?
We recommend placing your order at least 1 hour in advance—baked goods must be ordered by 6 PM the day before.
💳 PAYMENT & FEES
Q: Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order required—order as little or as much as you'd like.
Q: Is there a delivery fee?
No separate fee—delivery costs are already built into our pricing.
Q: How do I pay?
Pay upon delivery. We accept cash, Venmo, and credit/debit cards.
❌ CANCELLATION POLICY
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Cancel at least 1 hour before your scheduled delivery for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 1 hour of delivery are non-refundable.
⛈️ WEATHER & SAFETY
Q: What weather conditions may prevent delivery?
We pause deliveries during heavy rain, thunderstorms, or extreme lake chop.
You’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
